1. About the platform
Rayheen is an events discovery and ticketing platform for Egypt, serving consumers (ticket purchases), event organizers (publishing and selling), and venue owners (showcasing and receiving booking inquiries).
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account. Account activation requires verifying your email with a 6-digit code. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Organizers & ticket commission
Listing events is free. A flat commission of 3% only applies to the value of tickets sold through on-platform checkout — nothing is charged on free events or on bookings completed off-platform. The commission is deducted from the organizer's payout and is never added to the ticket price the buyer pays. Every event is subject to moderation before going live, and we may unpublish violating content at any time.
4. Venues, halls & service providers
Launch offer: the first full year is 100% free (12 months / 365 days) from the date the account is approved — no fees and no card required. After the first year, a nominal subscription of 300 EGP per month applies to keep the listing publicly visible. A lapsed subscription automatically hides the provider's public page and catalog (all data is preserved and can be reactivated at any time). Booking inquiries are a direct client–provider channel; Rayheen is not a party to any resulting agreement.
5. External events
Some listed events originate from external sources and are booked on the source's own site. Rayheen is not responsible for changes or cancellations made by organizers or external sources.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
